Peter Stern , Non-Executive Director and Chairman

Peter Stern, appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chairman on the 16 June 2017. Mr Stern is the principal of Metropolis Corporate Advisory Services. He has been providing corporate advisory services since 1987 where his focus is on general strategic advice, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, transaction structuring and business development. Prior to forming Metropolis in 2000, Mr Stern held senior positions in corporate finance with Macquarie Bank, UBS and Deutsche Bank. He is a Non-Executive Director of Anglo Australian Resources NL. Mr Stern's qualifications include a First Class B.Sc. Honours (Geology) degree from Monash University and the Securities Institute of Australia Diploma of Finance and Investment. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ken Nilsson , Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Ken Nilsson, Executive Director Project Development - joined Troy in 1997. Ken has over 35 years international mine construction and production experience. Ken was responsible for the construction and development of Troy's Western Australian operations at Sandstone. He then relocated to Brazil to oversee the building of the Sertao Mine in Goias state. In 2007, Ken led the team responsible for the relocation of the Sertao plant and the development of the Andorinhas Mine. He subsequently relocated to Argentina and managed the development of Troy's Casposo operation. He is responsible for operations at the Karouni Gold Project in Guyana.

John Jones , Non-Executive Director

John Jones, Non-Executive Director, stepped down as Chairman effective 3 October 2008. John was elected as Chairman in November 1988 and has overseen the development of Troy from a junior Western Australian exploration company in the early stages through to a dividend paying gold producer with operations in Australia and overseas. John has been a prominent player in the gold mining sector for over 30 years with a long list of successes.

Richard Beazley , Non-Executive Director

Richard Beazley is a mining engineer with 30 years of industry experience. He has a strong corporate, operational and technical background in the resources industry. Richard is currently the Interim Chief Operating Officer of Sandfire Resources NL and Director of Altair Mining Consultancy.

His former roles have included Managing Director of Peak Resources Limited, General Manager Operations at Consolidated Minerals and General Manager - Southern Cross Operations at St Barbara Limited.
Richard’s qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the University of New South Wales.  He is an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
